You have been assigned as a team lead in a lean management project where quality is only one but many objectives and your task is the name of the game: Find the Bug! Kanban.

Find the Bug! - Kanban is the fourth game in the popular Find the Bug! game series following Find the Bug!, Find the Bug! - Agile and Find the Bug! - Project. It is also the most lean game, packaged in a small card-sized box!

The game places the testing in a Kanban context, where not only test resources but also design and build resources have to carefully allocated to work items to maintain progress.

The work items are represented by cards and the resources by cubes, which have to be placed on the cards to move them forward on the Kanban board. The challenge consists of choosing matching work items and resources while also keeping an eye on the dependencies and WIP limits to ensure that all cubes can be placed on cards and no cubes are wasted. The more work items that reach Production, the more victory points are rewarded.

The winner is the one who has earned the most victory points when all iterations have ended.

Find the Bug! – Kanban is mainly designed for IT professionals who want to learn lean management in a fun way. However, ordinary gamers may also enjoy this planning challenge where you must plan your work items and resources to Find the Bug!
