You have been appointed a project manager in a collaborative IT program where quality is only one but many objectives and your task is the name of the game: Find the Bug! Project.

Find the Bug! - Project is the third game in the popular Find the Bug! game series following Find the Bug! and Find the Bug! - Agile. The game places the testing in a project context where the quality has to be balanced against time and cost.

The project members are capable of different tasks such as development, testing, recruiting, and training. A task earns an achievement bonus for the contribution (e.g. time) but also deducts from the project budget (e.g. cost).

The project managers choose seats around steering groups. Once all seats are occupied, a go/nogo meeting is held which turns the achievement into victory points depending on how well the project complied with the time, cost and quality budgets and how the specific steering group prioritizes them.

The winner is the one who has earned the most victory points when all projects have been closed.

Find the Bug! – Project is mainly designed for IT professionals who want to learn project management in a fun way. However, ordinary gamers may also enjoy this planning challenge where you must build your own project team to comply with the steering group budgets and Find the Bug!
